In the framework of the “HerculeIII 2020 Technical Assistance” Program of the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) it was submitted by our Service, following cooperation with the Department for Countering Organized Crime /GE.PAAD. of Crete, related Proposal entitled “Monitoring equipment Investigation inter-National Operations Tobaccosmuggling and Anti-fraud Via Regionalinter-Operable Surveyson European borders” and acronym “M.I.N.O.T.A.V.R.O.S”. The coordinator of the action is Y.D.E.A.P.
Through the implementation of this action, the aim is to strengthen the operational capabilities of the Department for Combating Organized Crime/G.E.P.A.D. of Crete through the supply of surveillance equipment, mobile command center and air / ground surveillance equipment, in the effort to combat fraud and illegal product trafficking.
Budget: €670,950.00 (80% EU contribution – 20% State contribution – VAT not included)
Duration: 18 months (expires 06-30-2022)
