The Sectoral Development Program (SDP) of the Ministry of Citizen Protection for the first programming period of the EPA 2021-2025 was approved with the no. WILL. 88394 from 04.08.2021 (Government Gazette 3630/B’/06.08.2021) “Approval of the Sectoral Development Program of the Ministry of Citizen Protection in the EPA 2021-2025” of the Deputy Minister of Development and Investments. The first program period begins on July 1, 2021. The total budget of the TPA for the Program Period 2021-2025 amounts to €28,200,000 and is allocated to the Ministry of Citizen Protection, according to No.: 141748/27.12.2021 Decision Mr. Minister of Development and Investments (Government Gazette 6358/B/31.12.2021) “1st Revision of the National Development Program (NDP) 2021-2025”. Within the framework of the Program, an integrated system is adopted for the planning, management, monitoring and control of the interventions financed by the national resources of the Public Investment Program (PPE). With the implementation of the Program, medium-term target setting and the subordination of PDE interventions to strategic objectives and prioritized development priorities are introduced. In the TPA 2021-2025, 5 development goals are defined concerning five pillars:

The European and Development Programs Management Service of the Ministry of Citizen Protection was designated as the competent Management Service for the management, monitoring and control of the implementation of the TPA.
