Data protection officer (DPO)
- informs and consults the EDPMA for its obligations, as derived from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679
- monitors the compliance with the GDPR, with other legislative provisions of EU or the member state related to personal data
- Offers advice, if needed, regarding the Data Protection Impact Assessment
- cooperates with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority
- acts as Contact Point for the DPA, for issues that are associated with the processing of personal data
